  • How to use Deep Heat Heat Rub

    Use this medicine only on your skin. Adults and children over 5 years should gently massage Deep Heat Heat Rub into the affected area until the cream is rubbed in. Apply a thin layer to the skin 2 - 3 times daily and wash hands immediately after use. Can also be used before or after exercise.

    Active Ingredients: Methyl Salicylate, Racemic Menthol, Eucalyptus oil, Turpentine oil

    Also contains: Sodium cetylstearyl sulphate, Cetostearyl alcohol, Propylene glycol, Wool fat (lanolin), Liquid paraffin, purified water.
