Alpecin Double Effect Shampoo Information
What is Alpecin Double Effect Shampoo?
Alpecin Double Effect Shampoo contains 3 active ingredients, caffeine, salicylic acid and piroctone olamine, that vigorously combat and prevent the return of dry, flaky skin caused by dandruff.
With daily use Alpecin Double Effect shampoo clears the scalp of dandruff and reduces inflammation of the skin, allowing the hair roots to be penetrated, strengthening the hair and reducing hair loss.
What is Alpecin Double Effect Shampoo used for?
This dual-action shampoo is a daily use formula that works in 2 stages to clear up stubborn flare-ups of dandruff and reduce hereditary hair loss.
Stage 1: This shampoo quickly starts to loosen and exfoliate the top layer of scaly skin cells, gently lifting and washing dandruff from the scalp, reducing itching and preventing further episodes of dandruff.
Stage 2: Once dandruff has been removed the caffeine complex penetrates the roots of the hair, which strengthens and protects the hair against hereditary hair loss.
How quickly does Alpecin Double Effect Shampoo work?
With daily use, Alpecin Double Effect Shampoo works quickly to reduce visible signs of dandruff and significantly reduce associated itching. If you are unsure whether your symptoms are caused by dandruff you should speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using this treatment.
It may take considerably longer for you to notice improvements to your hereditary hair loss. This is because the roots of the hair need time to regenerate, which can take up to 3 - 4 months.
